Agreement
By creating an account, installing our Shopify app, using our API, or otherwise accessing WiCartonize (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Service description
WiCartonize provides cartonization and packing optimization software, including product/box master data, packing profiles and rules, a 3D packing engine, pack history, embedded views, and optional marketplace integrations. Features and limits depend on your plan.
Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your organization and API keys.
- The Service is intended for businesses and professionals, not consumers where prohibited by law.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans, add-ons, and one-time credit packs are billed through our payment providers (for example Paddle on the web app or Shopify Billing in the Shopify app). Prices, quotas, and renewal terms are shown at checkout or in your admin. Taxes may apply. Unless required by law or stated in our Refund Policy, fees are non-refundable for partial periods.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse rate limits except as permitted by documentation
- Upload unlawful content or infringe third-party rights
- Attempt to access another tenant’s data or bypass security controls
- Resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly allowed in writing
- Use the Service to build a directly competing cartonization product using our outputs as a substitute for independent development
We may suspend or terminate access for material violations.
Customer data
You retain ownership of data you submit (products, boxes, orders, packing results). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
Integrations
Third-party platforms (such as Shopify) have their own terms. You are responsible for permissions you grant and for compliance with those platforms’ policies. We are not liable for outages or changes in third-party APIs.
API usage
API access is subject to authentication, plan quotas, and fair-use limits. We may modify endpoints with reasonable notice when required for security or operations. You must not share API keys publicly or embed them in client-side code.
Intellectual property
WiCartonize owns the Service, software, branding, and documentation. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during an active subscription or free tier, subject to these Terms.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Packing recommendations are operational aids; you remain responsible for final packing, shipping, and fulfillment decisions, including weight limits, carrier rules, and regulatory compliance.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WiCartonize and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100) if you use only a free plan.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify WiCartonize against claims arising from your data, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, breach, or risk to the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete or retain data per our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction require otherwise. Courts in Istanbul, Turkey have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory local rights.
